Description

  1. After the state review committee provides preliminary changes, Saturn makes those changes and sends a comment enabled PDF to the review committee and to the DOE representative.
  2. Saturn makes additions and changes, specified by State reviewers and DOE representatives on the comment enabled PDF.
  3. Then Saturn creates the final products: the HTML version and the lo-res PDF version of the field guide. Then Saturn delivers these two products to the State WAP program.
  4. These products offer easy navigation to find weatherization information in a matter of seconds through the Internet using HTML or without the Internet using the PDF version.
