(2.0 CEUs) Test content: blower door preparation, set-up, choice of settings, test results, typical problems, air-leakage standards, and manometers. If you’ve been using blower doors for years and you understand the process and the equipment — especially manometers and what they can measure–you may pass this test without studying our Blower Door Course. This is a good test for experienced energy auditors and quality control inspectors. It is a challenging test, and even if you’re very familiar with blower doors, you might want to review the basics.
If you use the test’s three tries, you might optimize your score. Take notes about the topics you need to study during the first try. If you pass this test with 80% or above, you’ll get 2.0 CEUs, and receive a certificate displaying your passing score.
