How do I create an account?

From the home page, click on Create an account in the top right hand corner (next to the shopping cart).

Enter your name (not your Company), your address, phone number, email and the security code (this is case sensitive). If you enter the security code incorrectly, you will need to type the password and select your state again.

Previous students or account users of Saturn need to use the email address used before, but can choose a new password.

If your name appears in the top right hand corner when the page refreshes, your account is active


It says my email is already used, so I can't create an account.  What do I do?

You may have created an account previously for an online course.  This causes a conflict while trying to create a new account on the Bookstore.  Please call our office toll free: 800.735.0577 and we can fix this for you.

Where do I find settings and account information?

Once you’re logged in or created your account, hover over the My Account tab in the blue ribbon and click on the option you would like to view. You will find My Courses, My Downloads, Quotes, Orders, User Preference, Transaction History, Customer Settings, and the option to Sign Out.


How do I find my online course?

If you have already been enrolled in a course, you need to sign in and then click on the "My Account" in the topmost blue menu bar.  In the drop-down menu, you will see "My Courses".  This should display any and all courses you are signed up to take.

How can I change my account preferences and email address?

Click on My Account, User Preferences, change the email address, and click on continue. The information will change for your course and the web store login.

How do I contact employees of Saturn?

Click on Team Saturn and then Staff. The emails are live links to direct emails. You can also call toll free: 800.735.0577 and ask for the extension of the person you’re trying to contact or just enter the extension as you need.

How do I place an order?

Login or create an account first.

Click on Bookstore tab in the gold ribbon, or Online Training if you would like a course. Click on the item you want to order, and enter your desired quantity. If you wish to keep shopping click on the tab again and select another item.

To check out go to the top right hand corner and click on visit check out in the shopping cart. View the order process page to verify your information, and then click on order now. Click on billing address and verify, then click on shipping address and verify.

Click continue, and then choose the shipping method you wish to purchase. Select the payment type if you’re a Saturn customer – or if you are a new user there is no selection.
Click continue and enter payment card info and then at bottom of page. Click pay with this card. At the end, click continue and this will send your order to ship.
