Course Objectives

  • By the end of this course, you should be able to:
  • Identify the qualities of excellent intake staff, and
  • Describe common performance pitfalls that can be addressed with coaching and how to identify them.
  • You will also be able to coach intake staff for high-performance in areas such as: documenting new client inquiries, communicating when a client is ineligible and responding to a frustrated client.
