- Explain the mission of the Weatherization Assistance Program,
- Describe the characteristics of clients served by the program,
- Identify the documentation required in the client’s application, and
- Determine eligibility for a client and a building.
- Identify Grantee requirements for weatherizing rental units,
- List the Department of Energy’s priorities for service, and
- List ways to find potential units and recruit qualified applicants.
